How to choose the right size?
We recommend that you consult our size guide available on each product page. For optimal comfort in a dressing gown, do not hesitate to choose one size above your usual size.
Do you offer styles for all body types?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of "Plus Size" options so that everyone can find their cozy comfort.
How do I care for my bathrobe?
Most of our models can be machine washed at 30°C. For fleece, avoid fabric softener and high-temperature tumble drying to keep the fibers fluffy and soft.
What are your delivery times?
Once your order has been confirmed, we carefully prepare your package. It usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
What materials do you use?
We carefully select our materials: breathable cotton for summer, thick fleece for winter, and flowing satin for a touch of elegance. All our materials are tested for their softness.
Is it possible to track my package?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery in real-time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You have 12 hours after payment to contact us for any changes. Once shipped, the order can no longer be modified.
What if the size doesn't fit me?
Don't worry! You have 14 days after receipt to return the item if it doesn't suit you (it must be new and in its original packaging).
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as secure payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt all your payment data. We never have access to your bank details.
