Shipping, Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return or refund.

Our goal: a simple, transparent, and stress-free experience.


 Modification / Cancellation

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

After this period, the order is being processed.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Our products may be shipped from different warehouses.

Delivery times are generally 7 to 15 business days (may vary depending on the destination).

These times are indicative and may be affected by:

  • carriers

  • customs

  • periods of high demand


Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

It may take 2 to 5 days to become active in the carrier's system.


Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • unused item

  • in original condition

  • in its original packaging

  • Verification of damaged products:

For any request related to a damaged or defective product, we may ask you to provide proof.

To ensure fair processing and prevent abuse, requested proofs may include:

  • Photos of the product from multiple angles

  • Photo of the product with its original packaging

  • Photo of the visible shipping label

  • Short video showing the product and the detected defect

The images must be clear, unedited, and taken by you.

 

Proof verification

We use various verification methods to analyze the submitted evidence.

The return of the product for physical inspection before any refund is essential.

Any attempt at fraud, including the use of altered, generated, or modified images (especially by artificial intelligence), will result in:

  • immediate refusal of the refund

  • suspension of the request processing

     

 Return Procedure

  1. Contact our support with your order number

  2. We will provide you with the return address

  3. You ship your package with recommended tracking

Refund

Once validated:

  • refund via your original payment method

  • processing within a few days

In accordance with payment rules (Stripe / PayPal), a refund can only be issued after receipt of the product or provision of proof of shipment.




Ineligible Cases

  • used or damaged product (excluding defects)

  • incomplete return

  • request out of time limit

  • gift cards


 Product not received or delivery issue

If your package is delayed:

  • please wait up to 20 business days after shipment

If your package is declared lost:

  • a carrier investigation will be opened

  • a reshipment or refund will be offered


Incorrect address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • the customer is responsible

  • no refund can be guaranteed


 Defective Product

If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will take responsibility for its refund after return and application of the return rules mentioned above, and we will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs you incurred, upon presentation of proof.




Promotional Items

Sale items are refunded based on the price paid.


Gifts

  • Direct gift → store credit

  • Otherwise → refund to the buyer


Return Costs

  • at the customer's expense, unless there is an error or defective product.


Legal Framework

In accordance with European law:

  • right of withdrawal: 14 days

  • refund within 14 days maximum

  • possibility to defer until receipt of the return
